I want to simulate ground coupled heat exchanger with fluid flow in .I defined the interface between fluid and the pipe and soil with pipe manually by create new named selection. The problem that i found it is : when I open mesh interface in fluent the named selections of interfaces (defined previously) doesn't appear all. it's appear just the first (between pipe and fluid). I recommend using the hybrid mesh instead of auto meshing because hybrid mesh approach will give more control on the creating nodes in the critical regions where different surface parts are joining. Besides, you should also take care of exact tolerance gap between the mating surfaces.
i understan that you only define the interface whit the name selection and maybe the name selection present some problem, You can try to define the interfaces from the fluid module as it shows the image.

maybe you have to do the interface solid-solid (pipe-soil) with other module, but i don't sure.
You gave me the doubt, i am going to do a model whit this charateristics and when i finish, i wil tell you. But this will take time because i am busy in this moment, two or three hours.
The question is, why are you going to use interfaces in fluent for that problem. In my opinion the better way to model heat transfer between ground and fluid would be to mesh soil, pipe and fluid as one part. In ansys modeler you can form one part from three bodies (soil, pipe and fluid), and after meshing you can get conformal mesh on the boundary between bodies. There will be no need for defining interfaces in fluent. Maybe in your geometric model soil and pipe form one part and fluid - the second. It is always better to mesh the whole domain as one part unless necessary.

According to your question, you said that you have created new named selection, however you should create new connection group (contact).
