I want to grow local grass in pots. Then I apply extracts I100ppm|200ppm|0ppm to the seeds, soil in pots, or soil plus seeds in pots. What would be the statistical design for this? How much replication should I incorporate for this green house experiments? Is it would be CRD or RCBD. If it is what would be the treatments and what about factors, Annova etc.

As far as my knowledge is concerned You can use CRD in your pot-culture experiment, because the homogeneous conditions within green house. Because there are three treatments of ppm solutions you can replicate them five time because minimum error degree of freedom should be 12 in CRD.
Use CRD. Exclude the bare soil because this is a separate control test. Replication should be 3 groups of 6–30 pots for each ppm and seed treatment. The groups of 3 are the replicates and the 6–30 pots are the subsamples (to obtain measures of variation). The ANOVA factor is ppm of solution and the response variables are germination % of seeds on their own and seeds on soil. It's a crossed, not nested, design
Minimum three replicates and maximum upto Eight.but it depends from experiment to experiment.I am junior but experienced researchers can guide you better.
CRD will be OK for pot experiment. According to ISTA generally Four replication of 100 seeds are recommended
It means each replication should have 20 seeds. How many pots should I take for one treatment. I have three fungal strains, I want to innoculate them with the seeds, with the soil and with the seeds and soil together. For this what would be the experimental design in growth chamber and green house condition.
