I want to dissolve Collagen Type 1 (rat tail) 100 milligms , 3.77 MG/ML to the final 25X in PBS?

I have got this RAT TAIL Collegen type 1 from BD bio-sciences and wanted to dissolve it to final 25X conc. in PBS. I just want it for coating the plate , working with primary hepatocytes.

Any help will be appreciated.
