I want to ask why some journals published by two publishers like

FEBS Letters published by Wiley and ScienceDirect

and Is it something familiar?

Dear Abdullah M. M. Elbadry First of all journals are not published by ScienceDirect but by Elsevier. Second the explanation for your observation can be found here https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/febs-letters

Since 2015 the title is no longer published by Elsevier but by Wiley.
