The media used for the isolation of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. savastanoi were solid King’s medium B and the semiselective PVF-1 medium, supplemented with cycloheximide at 250 and 125 mg /L, respectively.

We can't change it with an other fungicide or no in the cas of isolation of savastanoi and how can i store my sampls of olive knot in 5 °c
