Hello dears. I wanna analyze a tunnel under seismic load that it has temporary lining ( shell as S/C and beam as steel set) and we have to install of permanent lining for this analysis. My question is in Flac 3D when we null model and then install of temporary lining now we have to delete it and install of permanent lining or it is not necessary and we can install permanent? If it is not necessary to delete, how we can reinforce temporary lining or install of permanent?

For a correct answer, it is important consider the type of contact between temporary liner and permanent liner, (shotcrete- shotcrete, shotcrete-concrete) and if you have a waterproof system between the two elements.
For a Design with shotcrete-concrete and a waterproof system, I will delete the temporary liner. If you don´t do this, the temporary liner is going to admit some stress and it could yield, so you will have to delete it (model only the final liner) or reinforce it (it doesn´t make sense reinforce the temporary liner for a seismic analysis).
Otherwise, you have to take care if you use a element type shell, It is better to use a liner element. You can control the interaction between ground and concrete.
Are you going to do a dynamic analysis or a pseudostatic??
