If you have synthesis material, you need to do X-ray Diffraction analysis, further if possible do Reitveld Analysis to get percentages of each phase.

You may want to consider the internal standard method (*) to quantitatively determine ― by X-ray diffraction ― the relative amount of crystalline component(s) in your sample. It also seems possible to selectively leach out the ZnO component from the milled ceramic by using acetic acid, and the WO3 component by applying hot NH4OH (aq).
