if that is related to grain shape Why in some source implied "a lot of transparent have cubic structure but in some articles produce transparent ceramic with monoclinic or hexagonal structure is reported" for example ?
and if is related to unit cell structure , how do that ?

Basically Gert is right but in case of transparent ceramics we must discuss this from an application related point of view. If we look at the works of Andreas Krell et al on transparent alumina it becomes clear that alumina is only trnasparent up to a material thickness of ~ 1mm. Once the thickness gets larger the birefringence gets important. Fully dense cubic ceramics show low scattering and no birefringence and are thus transparent up to a thickness in the cm range. The most impressing material I ever saw was perfectly transparent polycrystalline YAG with a thickness of ~ 10 cm developed by Gary Messing.

Transparence has nothing to do with symmetry. Visit a mineralogic collection and you will see many low-symmetric minerals.
