The array will have M number of discs as rows and N number columns. Though there is one example mif file given along with the OOMMF file, it is seen different from what I want to do; it is for a initial vortex state etc. Therefore, I am expecting help for making general disc array file that can be used in simulation by OOMMF.

The easiest way to do generate this array would be to use a script atlas. In the script you can define the areas of magnetisation "dots" or no magnetisation "antidots".
Generally, the equilibrium configuration in cylindrical geometries generates vertices when you include the Oxs_SimpleDemag.
It depends on the size of array you would need. If it is large you could employ periodic boundary conditions.
