Nisha Balamurugan How you are going to synthesize NPs via soxhlet extraction?

Are u preparing the crude extract first and then use this extract for NPs synthesis?

Use hydro-alcoholic solvent (95% aq) or any other solvent based on your extraction requirement and evaporate out the solvent under controlled/reduced conditions. Majority of articles reporting extraction of secondary metabolites from plants have the method. Check some out! Further, you can proceed with your NPs preparation. Extraction is not going to produce any NPs. If you are worried about the later effects of solvent on NPs synthesis, use the similar media as of your NPs raw material solubilizing solvent. The green synthesis of NPs through extract based reduction and capping will not be affected.
