As an additional complication, I need to incorporate forces on blood in a centrifugal platform where the interplay of centrifugal force and capillary force determines the burst frequency into a microchannel. And depending on the frame of reference, I might also need to add the effect of coriolis force as a general case whilst incorporating the cell free marginal layer model and Fahraeus-Lindqvist effect. I would be using FLUENT from ANSYS to simulate the same.
Do you mean to say I should not numerically solve the PDEs (using Matlab or so) and directly use FLUENT? I do not know FORTRAN, though am versed in C/C++/MATLAB. Aren't they sufficiently good?
May be helpful. The model given on comsol website describes about fluid-structure interaction of the blood with the walls of the artery. Please let us know if this is helpful.
