You can attach a normal camera. It does not depend too much into the camera system until you care much about the quality and sharpness of the 3D model. All you have to consider is to capture enough number of images with sufficient amount of overlap (80%) between each individual pictures from every side of the object that you want to model.

You can attached a cellphone or simple monocular camera to the drone but take care of the weight.
