Thank you for responding.

I read Njeng's profile; he is more of a researcher/analyst than a storyteller. I am seeking someone who has already authored a novel or short story.

To proceed, the potential co-author of my article should read roughly:

1. No Longer At Ease (Achebe),

2. Nairobi Heat (Ngugi), and

3. Ian Rankin's Hide And Seek (Ian is a British author, a Caucasian).

Meanwhile, I am writing the main body of the paper (abstract, intro, etc.). It will summarise the three novels briefly and then select a character from each.

What next: The potential co-author will make these characters interact in a fictional scene, respecting certain fictional constraints set by the three novels. The co-author will use his style (comparable to his/her novel writing)

to write the scene (narrative and dialogue). Brevity is necessary to keep the paper short. Preferrable, about 15 lines.

I guess Njeng is not a novelist, is he?
