d2 is the distance from V3 to the meeting point given.
d1+d2=D
The distance between V1 and V2= L1, given.
The parking distance L2 is the distance of V1 from V2 after the overtaking is given to m1+m2+10, m1, m2 are given which are the length of V1,V2.

One way you can do is to define a polynomial function with unknown parameters and then find that parameters subject to the given parameter and vehicle lateral constraints. I have done this in some of my publication:

The more sophisticated method is to use a Neural Network and then train that network fo to satisfy your constraints.
It worth mentioning that you can defined acceleration constraints based on maximum tolerated acceleration (ISO 2631-1 Standard)
you can use ordinary differential equation for every condition and solve it.
