Treatment with Sodium elevates plasma Calcium level. Therefore, a significant increase in plasma Calcium level may be a step to confirming stones induction. This supported with histological evidence clears every doubt.

Only normal staining of HE,
but: not with a "normal" light microscope,
you must use the polarizing microscope,
or normal light microscope with polarizing "filter, lens.."
What can you see with a polarizing microscope?
