Normally not. You can upload every colored photo (.jpg). also colored .pdf-files. The tool "ad figures" was out of work for a long time, it could be that it is now usable again, you should try. It is also possible to anchor a photo in a textfile and after this you may upload the file, then the foto remains part of the file.

For drawing, I now use only PowerPoint (Microsoft), although I used MacDraw & ClarisDraw (Apple), Canvas (ACD Systems) and Illustrator (Adobe) in the past.
