Anish Hiresha Verma In general people do 24 h incubation with NPs but I guess it takes less time to get into cells, however if you use anything conjugated with NPs like PEI or peptides which has higher uptake that can speed up the process. But for standard protocol use 24 h incubation for better result. Thanks.
