I have never seen a researcher in RG propose to write a paper with his RG colleagues. Real collaboration. Why? Why why? We lack confidence? Colleagues are not at the level? Why? If I / you now propose a subject, are you ready to participate? of course if you are in the field or near the domain.
You might not be aware but a lot of that happens. People of the likes mind meet of RG, developed interest then communication and other activities continue in private.
Please give me a single example. Did you do it? or someone you know in RG? Please give me something concrete.

I don't agree Dr Khaoula, I think it will be easier with people of different cultures. The most important thing is to have one goal and the work must be properly divided. A simple work of 4 to 6 pages as launch and heavy work later.
In my opinion, some type of collaboration is happening. Some suggestions and leads are received from some of the colleagues and we are working on it. Hopefully it will work out. Suggestions for participating in conferences are being received.

I beg to disagree with this assertion. I got 4 different collaborations through RG, we have already published a Book, five articles and three conference proceedings, we currently have so many other reseraches in the pipeline.
