I have made a survey that asks a group of people n=8 to rank 12 factors from 1 to 12, 1 most important, and 12 least important, that they think as the most impact on the success of SPC implementation. They can only give a ranking one time, so the results from all people will have the same sum of ranks. Is there any statistical analysis that assures me that these rankings differ from what would have been given by randomization of the rankings? I was thinking of using a Friedman test, is this possible?
