I have iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes on matrigel. How can I isolate iPSC-CM from matrigel?

Matrigel is at the lower and upper of cells. I want to isolate cells from the plate and matrigel and use them for WB. I used Cardiomyocyte Dissociation Kit Catalog # 05025 but It solved the matrigel.
