Greetings

I possess a keen interest in exploring the potential of primary human CD4+ T cell and NK cells-derived extracellular vesicles. Currently, I am in the process of formulating a research study. I seek elucidation regarding the yield of extracellular vesicles that can be obtained from a population of one million primary human CD4+ T cells and NK cells. In essence, I am curious about the purification process and the quantity of extracellular vesicles that can be attained from a given quantity of primary human CD4+ T cells and NK cells.

Also, does anyone know how much exosomes can be purified from primary human T and NK cells if tthese are treated with cytokines such as IL2 andI L15?

I would be profoundly grateful if you could kindly spare some time to address my inquiry. Your response will undoubtedly prove invaluable in shaping the trajectory of my study.
