I had experience in drying grahene dispersion but I never tried drying graphene dispersion on NMP.
As I know, NMP boiling point is around 202 C. At least you should use temperature around 220 C to drying all NMP. Or you can also use vacuum drying oven at 150 C, I think all NMP will be evaporated.
Or, If you want to know graphene concentration, you can do filtration first then drying it in vacuum drying oven.
I have similar experiences when drying the NMP dispersion. Besides the polymerization process a thermal decomposition takes the place above boiling point of NMP. So definitely you must use the temperatures lower than 200C. To avoid even polymerization only vacuum evaporation could help you using temperatures as low as possible.
