Kit usually comes comes with standard SOD solution which should be run to get a standard curve against which unknown samples should be plotted to get the correct values. Unit depends on the assay. It could be units/mg protein or mU/ug protein.

SOD (Unit/ml)={A560(control)-A560(sample)*Reaction volume (ml)}/{A560(control)/2*Sample volume (ml)}

thanks Ahmad Nadeem.but I want to show it U/mg wet weight . for extraction I use 1 gr plant sample and 5 ml extraction solution. and for absorbance 0.2 ml of this extract and total vol=3l.please help me
