Teaching ICT in the context of Covid 19 is more than an urgency. However, with a strictly reduced time (4 weeks only), how can one teach that important multi-disciplinary field?
The changing role of information and communication technology (ICT) in organizations ought to be of interest, notably with respect to the workforce and the workplace. Three learning outcomes might have to do with (a) the evolution of ICT (What?); (b) consequences from the use of ICT (So What?); and (c) the leveraging of ICT in agile organizations (Now What?).
I would start planning from a functional role of ICT in organizations and after that the process view of ICT in organizations. The third part of this course could deal with cases - how companies, etc use ITC today:

By starting with the important topics, the basic(hard&soft ware),communication&collaboration technology,i think it will be covered in this short period of time.
Avoid the tendency to see ICT just as tools to be mastered but rather developing skills needed in the workplace like collaboration and critical thinking with the ICT tools as a means toward this end. If you are in an educational context, apply the Blooms DigitalTaxonomy in identifying the possible technology for achieving your objectives as explained in this resource:
