I have a vacuum storage system. Does anyone know how to detect the storage in vacuumize condition other than pressure gauge?

I guess you can try an active acoustic method, i.e. sending acoustic waves through the system. Maybe this work is helpful: http://www.acoustics.asn.au/conference_proceedings/INTERNOISE2014/papers/p1.pdf
