Can any one help please , if iam doing solid phase extraction, say usuing sepratory funnel , ineed after each extraction check the wash for a certain compound that its not there any more ie after every wash cycle that this material is going to zero using UV-VIS ,,, can any one help ,, with steps clear please ,,, many thanx
