I have a problem with data obtained by master sizer 3000. recently I found that when I save data on USB they are saved as not editable form?

when I check the manual I found my problem as

Any tab indicated with a padlock icon is a read only file that cannot be edited.

can anyone help me to understand how to invert data into editable format?
