As Luisa mentioned, it can get a quite optimistic to identify molecules from complex mixtures with NMR, perhaps you can try to collect additional information via MS or a MS-coupled method HPLC-MS or MALDI.

A molecular weight is easier to identify; think you need to prepare a simple clean up of your samples for all methods.

Interpretation of the results is an issue that can require a good experience in the specific method.

You need to first carry out extraction using selected organic solvent based on your compound of interest, like ethanol. Concentrate the extract using rotary evaporator.then carry out isolation of pure samples using extensive thin layer chromatography. Using 1D and 2D NMR, IR and MS for elucidation.
