as a radiologist good cases/ images can be shared on RG that can be benificial for those who are in radiology, radiography or sonography.

Dear Emre Pakdemirli . RG assigns more points to adding articles indexed in RG and most significantly citations. Apart from these, RG give scores to those who are active on RG. That is, those who contribute on RG through asking and answering questions as well as discussions. Nonetheless, it is worthy of note that your score does not increase greatly though active participation compared to publications (RG indexed) and citations. Additionally, when you increase your score through participation in question and answer and you become dormant for a while, your score decreases. This rarely happen when you depend on publications and citations to increase RG score.

Work hard is a simple formula. Initiate scientific discussion, take part in discussion initiated by other, aske question, follow you seniors, encourage junior to join RG, add to your research/projects/presentation. These are various keyd 🔑 to boost your score. If you have other than these, inform me also.

If it's of worth to the community, your peers will likely give you feedback, and this will factor into your RG Score. Connect with others, contribute high-quality content, and your score will rise.

But, I think it's just a number! there are scientists with excellent skills with low RG score because they haven't time to be active on RG, while there are scientists with a high RG score because they are active much of the time on RG. So, my opinion is that RG score is only a relative number...

I totally agree with Sajda Taha Mahmood , you have need spent long time and to be very active on the RG platform.

Do you really need to boost up your RG score? To be very active and to spent long time on Researchgate is more important than doing research? Why?

I do not consider myself an expert in this field, tough I'd advise not just participate in Q/A on the RG platform, but be an original non-trivial contributor in that. Also, recommend and comment members' posts and projects' results having understood their values and shortcomings in the first place.

If you just want a better score, just participate more in questions (like this). However, if you want to get more out of RG, then it's about the quality of the interactions and making relationships.

Activity on Research gate is in a straight line related to RG score, asking questions / answers, recommendations , just be active

Emre - Your research gate score of 39.95 at present is not bad when compared to other members of research gate who have on an average much lower than your score. If your RG score on every update is constantly increasing, then there is no problem. The problem is if RG score remains stagnant or falls down. My recommendation is that in order to boost the RG score you need to be consistently answer questions, put some very good questions, show interest and recommend good quality research of other members, do more research and put it on research gate for visibility.

The best way to increase one's RG score is not to think of how to increase it in the first place. By spending enough time on RG and communicating with colleagues as well as publishing research, the RG score will be improved.

Please keep on working in FB as a full time. I hope RG authority will reward you with increase in RG score.

All the above mentioned will help you add up some points, but you should not lose sight of the academic work. I think this is more important, since it is preferable to have 40 good publications and fewer points than the other way around.

Add more research papers, increase communication and interactions with RG colleagues, involve with questions and answer

Recommend research paper of other, they will recommend your work.

Follow other, they will follow you back.

Float questions and answer questions. In this way there will be increase in RG score.

I think adding publications and having more citations is the key. And also communicating with RG members, adding RG members and involving in discussion.
