I don't know anyone who is expert in this field. I don't have facility to conduct it too. I have done extraction and some characterization on the basis of literature review.

The equipment for testing binders and other adhesives is large and fairly expensive. You should contact a company that makes those products to see if they would be interested. Do not give up after the first few tries because companies are generally very different.

You can do following tests after making multiple batches of compressed tablets by using different percentages of mucilage (w/w):
1. Friability test
2. Hardness test
3. Disintegration time
