I extract protein from filamentous fungi but i did not get expected results. Can anyone tell me how to get the desired outcome ?

If you are serious about this question, here's my answer: Do the experiment a 2nd, 3rd, and perhaps even a 4th time. If all the results are consistent, then the conclusion is obvious (assuming you are doing the experiment correctly and properly). BTW, there is no such thing as "desired" outcome in science -- you follow the lead of the experimental results, not the other way around..
