Sounds like a software error. right? Perhaps you may need to reinstall the software as a dependency may be corrupt or missing.

Yes, i think it is a software error. But there is no alternative approach for reinstall the software. Because of the license problem

I think you use chemstation. there is a tool to check the installation. close all Agilent applications, then go to programs>chemstation.

if every things are OK, then open the Agilent online when the instrument is  on >> sequence> sequence parameters ( check if that every thing is OK).

then create a new sequence with new folder. and check

I hope it will work ( note check the used method on single injection mode before all of that, to be sure the method works fine).
