The primers that I have used are

1)Forward- 16SF, 5 -AGAGTTTGATCCTGGCTCAG-3; Reverse- 16SR, 5 -CTACGGCTACCTTGTTACGA-3 from Scarpellini et al,2002

2)27F (5′-AGAGTTTGATCCTGGCTCAG-3′) and 1492R (5′-GGTTACCTTGTTACGACTT-3′), Lane, D.J., 1991. 16S/23S rRNA sequencing. In: Stachebrandt, E., Goodfellow, M. (Eds.), Nucleic Acid Techniques in Bacterial Systematics. Wiley, Chichester, NY.

Can any one tell me the PCR conditions for the second one? Because we don't have that book in our library.
