I am trying to purify my PCR product(KAT cassette) using P:C:I method. My seniors had successfully purify it a year ago but I couldn't. Why?

They used the same method(P:C:I) for purification

You will need to provide a little more details to get any (reasonable) answer.

Did you check your PCR on agarose gel? What is the protocol of purification? Are you sure they used exactly the same protocol, without any deviations?
