Hi Kamal, DMF and tert-butanol could also be an option. Remember, all these solvents are miscible with water and would not cause a phase separation.

If you are not willing to do organic solvent stock solutions, you could try to solubilize your peptide in a sonicating waterbath in water at pH 10.
