Dear Bilal Javed ,

so like Omat said your particles may not stable enough and aggregate. Or the concentration of the particles now is much higher and they "just look" blue/purpel with the eye. So is the UV Vis spectrum the same? -or do you got a second plasmon band now? If you got a second band or your band is shifted in the UV Vis spectrum, then the particles are aggregated. If the got the same UV vis maxima then the raw synthezised particles it is just the scattering of higher concentration. If you got a problem with stability you can redispers the particles in PBS buffer or citrat buffer. Without buffer it will be hard to keep them disperse.
