yes the article is that one. the software was amazing because you can easily convert a ssr dataset in all the different format you need to run structure, popgene, arlequin. Does anyone have the program?
have you contacted Jeff Glaubitz directly? He should know where you can get his software. In the link above you can find contact details. Another option for converting files is the program create : http://bcrc.bio.umass.edu/pedigreesoftware/node/2 . It is quite old, too, but should work.
However, I do have the convert program but would prefer not to share it on this platform as I am not sure if I violate any rules of data sharing. Just contact me directly.
