I believe graphene oxide have a range of melting temperature. Depending on the quality of it. Should be around range of 3600oC.

As Chong mentioned, the melting point of GO reported to be around 3600 oC.

Graphene Oxide:

01. Melting point: ~3600ºC to 5700ºC and

02. Heat of fusion: ~250 kJ/kg.
