I am attempting to understand the relationship between seed dormancy and the levels of abscisic acid (ABA) found in the seed. I will be gathering seeds from a number of sources (local and warehouse) and need to find a facility that is capable and familiar with extracting and quantifying ABA from provided samples. I would prefer a facility within the United States (or North America) to minimize transport time.
