I am interested in DSP30 sequence used in B cell malignacies as mitogen. Where should the Phosphorothioate linkages be in sequences for me to order?

I read many articles and sequence was written like that, 5’-TCGTCGCTGTCTCCGCTTCTTCTTGCC-3’, only in one article I saw that it was un methylated and Phosphorothioate linkages were there, but i am not sure. Please help who work on this oligonucleotide, how should i put an order about its synthesization,so it would work. I need 2µM concentration, but per sample 100μl. #DSP30 #oligonuckleotides
