Re-boot the computer. If that doesn't work, call the service engineer. You may need to replace a control board.

Thanks, I have re-booted everything... So maybe it is the uninet 1 part of the FPLC? if that is what you mean... Though Unicorn does the "scanning" and then says it is ready... but the flow screen only shows the pumps are green to the valve... usually when this happens, I can just add a flow rate and then the flow screen goes green all the way to the fraction collector... this time it does not... but the UV and the conductivity readings are fine... just no flow...
