Hi Vijayata, Have you checked for gDNA contamination and also are you talking about relative or absolute expression? It is very important to check for relative expression and also there should be almost no genomic DNA contamination in your samples.
There was no gDNA contamination in the samples. Melting curves are fine. here, i am talking about relative quantification.
