I am getting a CV curve in which the cathodic and anodic current peaks are in opposite direction. Can anyone please help me in finding the solution?

I think what you were expecting to see is a negative current when negative potential is applied? It's likely you are instead seeing positive current when negative potential is applied because of the Current Polarity Convention used in your software. The way your CV is plotted is American convention, to get negative current when negative potential is applied you'd want to use European convention. There should be a Setting or Preference option somewhere for the Current Polarity Convention.
