Fahad, in order to give you a useful answer, you must provide more information in your question, which isn't a question yet - it is two statements. Jade is a very powerful analysis software package, but right now we can only speculate as to your issue with it.
Thanks a lot for your reply Edward.Actually I am beginner . As I couldn't find any documentation other than the help file it is getting very difficult for me to move forward. So can you give me some idea about the JADE software and provide me some documentation if possible . Thanks in advance .
You still have to tell us what kind of information or analysis you want to do. For sure if you are a beginner you better learn diffraction first and then use the tool for the analysis. Films are not as easy as powders.
I am sure at mdi they can help with expert advice but I would definitely not approach them as complete novice asking for help e.g. on something that could be easy or obvious for someone having a minimum knowledge. I have used Jade several times but I never read the manual: if you know what you are looking for you definitely find it!
For pzt and film you see probably strange peak shapes and odd intensities
