Can anyone tell me the steps of Le-Bail refinement for thin film analysis. I want to find the lattice parameters of the thin film?

Le Bail Refinement

Do you know your phase? As far as I know, the Le-Bail fit you only need in case of an unknown crystal structure. If you know your phase you don't need it.
