You can use two-way ANOVA with bonferroni post test.

If you use GraphPad Prism sotfware, it will be very simple and fast.

First you should analyze if your data follows a normal distribution with, for example a shapiro walks test. If you have a normal distribution you can use use a ANOVA analysis. But if your distribution is not normal you should use non parametric tests.
