I am designing RPA primers, however I am struggling with multiple wobbles bases (I am using the most conserved gene). Please help?

I am using the most conserved gene (NS5) of flaviviruses. There are multiple wobble bases in potential primer sequences I am looking at, app. 10 at the most. Are there any rules concerning wobble bases as I am finding nothing?
