i am in trouble of finding PMU device in matlab to implement in simulation for different Bus-system.Although, there is a difficulty of using PSO algorithm for the optimal placement of PMU.
it would be very grateful to me if someone help me out to find all of these solution..Thanks

I would suggest the following:
1) First, read and study the PSO algorithm implemented in the following book:

2) Second. try to learn MATLAB based opensource software known as PSAT which will allow you to model your electrical system. Since, it's MATLAB based, you can easily interface it with PSO and other optimization algorithms. I have attached the link to software as well as a similar paper on PMU below:
