Hello, I'm trying at the moment to perform the ChorioAllantoic Membrane test to evaluate the antiangiogenic effect of some extracts. I'm having problems at differents levels : - first of all, how to assess the status of eggs (fertilized or not).

- After starting the test, there is an issue of contamination. The embryos die (the heart stops). And the egg yolk aspect deteriorate (whitening).

- Also, is there a proper methodology to transfer the embryo from the shell to the petri dish?
