Hydroxyproline and acid soluble collagen?

Dear every one.

from results of my research, I get acid soluble collagen content was higher in sample than control, while in hydroxyproline content, Hydroxiproline did not differ between control and sample.

in, SEM analysis, Collagen fiber was thicker in sample than control.

Could any one help me to share information related that?
